A new operating system is coming this fall
Both Apple and Microsoft release major updates in the fall. This is the easiest way to get yours handled by someone else.
Mac owners
Apple is releasing macOS 27 Golden Gate this fall. We will check whether your Mac supports it, talk it through with you, and handle the upgrade as part of your Fall Cleanup. If your Mac is older and cannot run the newest version, we will bring it up to the latest version it does support and make sure it is secure.
Windows owners
Microsoft is releasing its annual Windows 11 update this fall. We will install it, confirm your PC is on a supported version still receiving security updates, and make sure the update did not change anything you depend on.

Old tech sitting in a closet or a basement corner? We are already coming to your door for your Fall Cleanup, so let us take it with us and clear it off your list before winter.
We drive to your home and haul away your old technology.
We securely erase every item that holds personal information.
Your old tech is either donated to a family in need or responsibly recycled.
Within reason. Our technician needs to be able to lift the items and fit them in the vehicle. If you have more than will fit, we will take a single car load for $49. Displays and TVs are an additional $10 each.
How it works
Purchase the offer
You are added to our list right away. We work through it in the order people purchased, so buying early means getting your computer back sooner.
Pick your pickup day
We email you a link to choose a pickup day in your area. It takes about a minute, and you can change it later. Prefer the phone? Call us and we will set it up together. Tell us then if you want the Tech Haul Away added.
We pick up, clean up, and deliver
Your computer comes back updated, protected, and running the way it should, before the snow flies.
Pickup and delivery schedule
Nobody likes being without their computer, so we run dedicated windows and tell you your delivery date up front.
Pickups are between 8 AM and noon. Your delivery date is shown when you choose your pickup day, and we may add pickup dates as demand requires.

What does the Fall Cleanup Offer cost?
$169 if you purchase before October 1, 2026, and $179 after that. The work is identical either way. The early bird price is simply our thank you for planning ahead, and it helps us spread the season out instead of doing everything in the last two weeks. The Tech Haul Away is an optional add on for $49.

How long will my computer be gone for?
Two days. Monday pickups come back Wednesday, and Wednesday pickups come back Friday. You will see your delivery date when you choose your pickup day. We may add pickup dates as the season fills.
How soon will my computer be worked on?
Once you purchase the Fall Cleanup Offer you are added to our list, and we email scheduling links in the order people purchased. Pickups run between 8 AM and noon on set days in each part of the metro, and you choose the day that works for you. In past years more than half of the orders came in during the final week, so if you want your computer back sooner, purchase early.
I am heading south for the winter. Can we take care of this before I leave?
Yes. Purchase as soon as you can so you are near the front of the list. When your scheduling email arrives, choose the earliest pickup day that works and note your departure date in the comments. If nothing fits, call us at 651-460-9040 and we will work around your travel dates.
Will my Mac get macOS 27 Golden Gate?
If your Mac supports it, yes, and we will talk with you about the timing first. Not every Mac will be able to run the newest version. If yours cannot, we will update it to the latest version it does support, make sure it is secure, and let you know honestly whether it is worth thinking about a newer Mac. We are glad to help with that decision, and there is never any pressure.
I have a Windows PC. Is this offer for me too?
Absolutely. The Fall Cleanup Offer is the same price and the same work for Macs and PCs. On the Windows side we install this fall's Windows 11 update and confirm your PC is on a version still receiving security updates.
For the Tech Haul Away, how much will you take?
$49 covers a car load: old computers (we erase them before recycling), printers, tablets, cords, and cables. Our technician needs to be able to lift the items and fit them in the vehicle, so if you have more than one car load, we will take one load for $49 and talk with you about the rest. Just tell us when you schedule your pickup, or let the driver know.
Are there items that cost extra to haul away?
Displays and TVs are an additional $10 each.
What happens to the tech you haul away?
Every item that holds personal information is securely erased first. After that it is either donated to a family in need or responsibly recycled. Nothing goes out the door with your data still on it.
What if I cannot attend the webinar live?
We encourage attending live when you can, but a recording goes out by email shortly after the webinar ends. You can watch it whenever it is convenient.
