How much does it cost?
In-home visits are $160/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Remote support is $160/hour billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time we use. Pickup and delivery is a $199 flat rate. NGT+ members save 15% on all services.
Do you work on both Macs and PCs?
Yes. About half of our clients use Macs and half use PCs. We're equally comfortable with both, as well as iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and more.
How do I request help?
Fill out our request form or call us at 651-460-9040. Tell us what's going on and we'll figure out the best way to help, whether that's an in-home visit, remote session, or pickup.
How quickly can you help me?
It depends on the type of help you need. Remote sessions can often be scheduled the same day or next day. In-home visits are usually within a few days. We'll let you know when we can get to you as soon as you reach out.
What areas do you serve for in-home visits?
We serve 34+ communities across the Twin Cities metro, primarily in Dakota and Hennepin counties. Apple Valley, Edina, Minneapolis, Lakeville, Saint Paul, Eagan, and surrounding areas. Remote support is available nationwide.
What is NGT+?
NGT+ is our membership program. Members get 15% off all services, quarterly device checkups, and proactive monitoring for Macs. It's designed for clients who want ongoing support and peace of mind.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. Most of our clients come to us because they're frustrated or overwhelmed by technology. We explain everything in plain language and go at your pace. No question is too basic.
What happens during a remote session?
We use a secure program called TeamViewer to connect to your screen. You can see everything we're doing the entire time. We'll talk you through what we're fixing and answer any questions along the way.
Can you help me buy the right computer or phone?
Yes! That's one of our most popular services. We research what you actually need based on how you use technology, recommend specific products, and can even order them for you. No pressure, no commissions.
I think I was scammed. Can you help?
Absolutely. We help clients recover from scams regularly. We'll secure your accounts, remove any malicious software, check for damage, and teach you what to watch for in the future so it doesn't happen again.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is collected after the work is done. NGT+ membership is billed through Square.
Can you help someone in my family who lives elsewhere?
Yes. Our remote support works nationwide. If you have a parent, sibling, or friend anywhere in the country who needs tech help, we can connect to their screen and help them directly.
