You're setting up new devices

New computer, phone, or tablet? We set it up in your home so everything connects to your Wi-Fi, printer, and other devices right away.

It involves your home network

Router installation, Wi-Fi dead spots, or connecting smart home devices. We need to be there to see your setup.

You'd rather show us than explain it

Some problems are easier to demonstrate than describe. We get it, and we're happy to come see for ourselves.

You want hands-on learning

We can sit with you and walk through things at your pace, on your own devices, in your own home.

Tell us what's going on through our form or by phone. We'll confirm the visit and give you a time window.

We arrive at your home

One of our technicians (Mike, Chris, or Casey) arrives at your door, ready to work.

We get it done

We handle the work, explain what we're doing, and make sure you're comfortable with everything before we leave.

Pricing

$160/hour

1-hour minimum. Additional time billed in 15-minute increments.

NGT+ members save 15%.
